The Concreate Story (TCS) is a design studio founded by Nishtha Duggal and Rohan Gera, transforming traditional architecture and interior design into spaces that tell meaningful stories. Their philosophy centres on the belief that design reflects the lives and stories of its inhabitants, turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences.

Nishtha and Rohan share a passion for individuality and bold expression, a journey that began at the School of Architecture and Planning, Amity University. This foundation shaped TCS into a studio celebrated for its ability to craft personalised, story-driven designs that resonate deeply with clients.

TCS believes “Every house has its own story.” The studio’s name, “The Concreate Story,” embodies this ethos, with “concreate” symbolising their commitment to designs rooted in the lives of those who inhabit them. Each project becomes a collaboration, blending bold ideas with personal touches to create functional and visually captivating spaces.

Nishtha’s love for expressionism shines through in bold, statement-making details, while Rohan’s architectural expertise ensures functionality and nuance. Together, they create distinctive spaces that reflect their clients’ personalities, combining modern aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship to achieve the “wow” factor.

Their work, featured in top publications like Architectural Digest India and Elle Decor India, showcases designs that are visually striking and emotionally resonant. With a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across India, TCS has become synonymous with innovative, bespoke designs.

A recent milestone includes a 15,000 sq ft residence, exemplifying their ability to manage large-scale projects while maintaining a detailed, personalised approach. Working pan-India, Nishtha and Rohan continue to shape urban living by bringing stories to life through design.
